Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want your experience to be nothing short of “Eureka!” moments. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
- Returns: Due to the large number of small items of material in the kit, it is not possible for us to check if customers have returned all the content in kits. Hence we do not accept returns once they have been received by you. In case you find any component defective or missing, please contact us using our phone or email given on the “contact-us” page, so that we can send you the missing or defective item.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed only if you have cancelled the order before we have dispatched it. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: No items can be returned once received by you. .
